Expectations

Edmund Phelps wins the Nobel prize for Economics. Tyler Cowen has a great roundup of his work- which I can only vaguely understand. Edmund Phelps was a prospect in 2004, when the award went to Kydland and Prescott.

Arnold Kling links to an article by Phelps where he discusses the impact of demographics on the dollar. Relevant to my earlier post.
